About Help for Busy Mums Coaching and Support
The Help for Busy Mums email consultations focus on understanding your challenges and helping you find solutions.
This is not counselling, or therapy of any kind, it is an opportunity for you to take a little time out and make sure you are putting first things first in your life and not letting the little things get in the way of the big things.
You work at your own pace, with a commitment from me that I will normally respond to your emails within two working days. Of course to make changes, or sort out where you are in your life right now, or where you want to go will need effort on your part too. It won’t just magically happen. But it is amazing how much clarity to a situation or change you can make when you start to focus on a situation.
I would like to emphasise that this is not some automated service this is a one to email coaching programme focusing just on you and what you are looking to achieve.
The Cost of Help for Busy Mums Email Coaching and Support
The cost for ten email consultations is £100 which are valid for twelve months or you can sign up five email consultations, for £53 valid for six months, or just three email consultations for £35 valid for three months.
